Friday Five: Fabulous Furniture Features No. 12

Welcome to

This is where I share my five favorites that I scouted out during the week.

Ready for some

oh my's and wow's?

In no particular order because they are each,  just too splendid,  please enjoy these fabulous works.

My Favorite Furniture Color: Aqua

by Larissa at

Gasp!

I love two tone furniture. It brings more character to a piece while defining the workmanship, but Larissa made this tri-tone and I love it! After seeing this side table post a few times during the week and it still stole my heart each time, I have to share it myself. The before photos of the veneer top posted at Prodigal Pieces will amaze you! Larissa did a wonderful job bringing this back to life.

A Painted Antique Desk Makes the Grade

by Angie at

Grand!

What a gorgeous combination of paint and wood! Angie paid attention to every detail while redoing this grand desk. The routed edging on the beautiful desktop defines its structure. Love the warm stain color. This is another unbelievable "after" piece of work at Postcards From the Ridge

Blue French Buffet and The Peacock Room

by Martha at

Dreamy

Such a warm finish. A peacock blend of colors... the hint of warm wood peeking through that gorgeous blue drew me in... and then there was that surprise of green inside. This buffet was born from the peacock inspired room at Martha Leone Design. You must visit!

Vintage Shabby French Dresser
by

Charming!

I'm a sucker for chunky carving and curves. This French dresser has it all; even a matching mirror. Did you catch that apron across the front, tying in those ornate legs together? I love the creamy two tone with the layers peeking through. More photos and other works are posted at Charmed by Vintage.

Antique Pedestal Table in Linen

by Lisa at

Happy

That's what Lisa said at Create Inspire when she completed this antique baby! And this table does say happy to me. The creamy colors of the drawer and that knob...
I'm going to say it again... that knob! It's gorgeous and certainly fits this table perfectly!  All of Lisa's contemplating and determination turned out beautifully.

I'm truly inspired by these fabulous pieces of furniture.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

If you pin your favorites, make sure you do so from the creator's post, so they can appreciate you in return.  :)

If you are following along these Friday Favorites, I just want you to know there is going to be a two week break to observe the holidays and to allow me to catch up on home projects. Post number 13 will be here on January 2nd.

In the meantime, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
